Last summer I had the pleasure of working with Dan Perreault to reverse engineer a plastic part used in our Microwave Plasma Defroster that is used in hospital blood banks.  We import this device and the parts from our supplier are unreliable and expensive. Dan was able scan and provide a CAD file within days.  He also arranged to print out a first lot quickly. The parts turned out to be a stronger exact replica.  We are using them for repairs and field service. Now more than six months later I can report that the parts produced are clearly superior to those from the original international source.  No failures have been noted. It is great to work with a very capable associate that is willing to help a low unit volume operation like ours with this project.  If you want fast and excellent assistance, this the place to go. These guys are the people you go to when you are having troubles finding a modeler. These guys can do just about anything. These guys not only can model anything perfectly, they can take your item, however big or small, scan it, reverse engineer it, then even 3d print it! They do it all.
