Team Penske of NASCAR and IndyCar is partnering up with Stratasys Ltd., an industry leader in 3D printing and additive manufacturing. The technical partnership has been formed to bring a competitive edge to Penske’s NASCAR and IndyCar race teams. Stratasys will work with Team Penske’s engineering and manufacturing departments, supplying equipment and providing support services. Stratasys will provide Team Penske with their top of the line additive manufacturing solutions to help bring advancements to manufacturing tooling and prototyping. President of Team Penske, Tim Cindric sees the potential this partnership offers as he explains,

On the other end of the deal, Stratasys plans to utilize the state-of-the-art race facilities by providing customers tours of Team Penske facilities, demonstrating various products created with Team Penske and providing some technical talk.
