Because the technology is so new it’s still relatively expensive. In the prototype phase it can cost as much as $135,000. That will be much less with future scaling, where it can be expected to cost between $11,000 and $16,000. That’s much more realistic for a lot of companies that can see a great use for this technology, and could save the retail clothing industry billions of dollars a year just from the lowered number of returns this could produce. A high level of savings means the cost of the Avatar Platform wouldn’t need to be passed on to consumers. That makes it a great choice for customers and businesses, and can help move customer service to the next level while still helping a business’ bottom line.
